Before you start
- A ShipOffers store. ShipOffers sets up your store and registers your products before you start selling.
- Your credentials and your Store ID. Your ShipOffers account manager provides three values: an API username, an API password and your Store ID. If you don’t have them yet, ask your account manager.
- The SKU of every item. ShipOffers only accepts the SKUs registered in your store, so get the list from ShipOffers.

How to configure
1
Open Suppliers
In the PagAmerican dashboard, go to Suppliers. The Supplier Dashboard opens, with your suppliers listed under Suppliers.
2
Edit ShipOffers
Click the pencil icon on the ShipOffers row. The Edit supplier page opens, with ShipOffers next to the title.
3
Paste your credentials and your Store ID
Fill in the three fields with the values your account manager sent, with no spaces before or after:
The Store ID is a 36-character code with four dashes. The platform uses it to find your store, so a store name or any other value in Store ID keeps your orders from reaching ShipOffers.
4
Save and connect
Click Save & Connect, at the bottom of the page. Back in the list, the ShipOffers row reads Connected. If it reads Disconnected, turn its switch on.
5
Choose ShipOffers on your products
When you create a product, choose Ship Offers in the Supplier field. The supplier cannot be changed after the product is created.
6
Fill in the SKU of every offer
In each offer of those products, fill in the SKU field with the SKU registered in your ShipOffers store for that item. Do the same in the offers you use as order bumps, upsells and downsells.

The switch only turns on once the credentials are saved. Click the pencil icon, fill in the three fields, and click Save & Connect.
The order stays in In preparation
The order stays in In preparation
An order waits 40 minutes after the buyer’s last purchase before it is sent, so a recent order in In preparation is expected. If it stays there longer, check that:
- the main product has Ship Offers in its Supplier field
- every offer in the order has its SKU filled in, exactly as registered in your ShipOffers store
- ShipOffers reads Connected in Suppliers

Check Store ID first. It has to hold the 36-character code (
a1b2c3d4-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 format), not your store’s name. Then confirm that every SKU in the order is registered in your store: ShipOffers refuses an order that contains a SKU it does not know. The order is Sent to supplier but has no tracking code after a few days

Look up the order in your ShipOffers store by the number in the ID column of Orders and check its status there. The Delayed card on the Supplier Dashboard counts the orders sent more than 48 hours ago that have not shipped yet.
