An integration connects the platform to a tool you already use: an ad tracker, a video host, an ad network pixel, your Shopify store, or your own server. You set each one up once, in Integrations in the PagAmerican dashboard, and from then on the platform delivers your checkouts and purchases to it on its own. Most integrations need no code. You fill in a form with a URL, a token or a pixel ID, and the platform does the rest. Webhooks and the API are the exception: they are for developers who want the data in their own systems.

Available integrations

For developers

Webhooks

The platform sends a POST to your endpoint the moment a checkout starts, a purchase is approved, a cart is abandoned, an order changes status or a refund is confirmed.

API

Generate an API key and read your purchases, orders, checkouts, refunds and chargebacks on your own schedule.

Trackers

RedTrack

Reports checkouts and approved purchases to your RedTrack postback URL, so each sale lands against the campaign that produced it.

UTMify

Pushes every approved purchase into your UTMify dashboard, carrying the UTM parameters the checkout captured.

vTurb

Tells vTurb which video session produced each approved purchase, so your video reports show revenue and not just plays.

Tracking pixels

Fires your Meta, Google Ads and TikTok pixels in the buyer’s browser when a checkout starts and when a purchase is approved.

E-commerce

Shopify

Connects your Shopify store so its checkout runs through PagAmerican, and imports your products and offers from Shopify.
Fulfillment suppliers such as EagleLabs, RedRock and ShipOffers are connected in Suppliers, not under Integrations. See Suppliers.

Which one to choose

The integrations differ in how the data leaves the platform and in which events they carry. Webhooks, RedTrack, UTMify and vTurb are delivered from the platform’s servers, so they do not depend on the buyer’s browser. Tracking pixels run in the browser, which means an ad blocker or a closed tab can stop them from firing. Shopify works differently from the rest. It does not deliver events: it connects your Shopify store so that the store’s checkout redirects to the PagAmerican checkout, and it imports your products and offers from Shopify. You can connect as many Shopify stores as you need from the same account. If the tool you use is not on the list, webhooks carry every event and let you forward it anywhere.

Who can set up each integration

What you see under Integrations depends on your account. If a card is missing, that is usually why.
Vendors set tracking pixels on each product, not under Integrations. A collaborator on someone else’s account sees the API card only when the account owner grants them permission to view API keys.
On an affiliated sale, the platform delivers RedTrack, UTMify and vTurb twice: once against the vendor’s configuration and once against the affiliate’s. An affiliate’s tracking pixel fires only when the sale is attributed to that affiliate.
