A supplier is the fulfillment company that stores, packs and ships your products. Connecting it to PagAmerican lets the platform send each paid order to the supplier on its own and bring the tracking code back to the order, so you never export orders or copy tracking numbers by hand. You connect each supplier once, in Suppliers in the PagAmerican dashboard, with the credentials the supplier gives you. Then you pick the supplier on each product and fill in the supplier’s SKU on each offer. From then on the platform does the rest.

How the suppliers compare

The setup in PagAmerican is the same for all three. What changes is what the supplier hands you. In every case, the products you sell have to exist at the supplier under the same SKU you fill in on your offers.
You never configure a webhook or a callback URL: the tracking code reaches your order without any setup on your side.

Who can set up suppliers

Suppliers is available to vendors. It does not appear for affiliates, and it does not appear for e-commerce accounts, whose orders are fulfilled through their own Shopify store.
