RedRock manufactures and ships your products. Connecting it to PagAmerican lets the platform send each paid order to RedRock on its own and bring the tracking code back to the order once RedRock ships. Once RedRock is connected, the tracking code reaches each order as soon as RedRock ships it.

Before you start

  • An agreement with RedRock. RedRock sets up your store, your products and your SKUs before you start selling.
  • Your credentials. When RedRock sets up your store, it sends you an API User and an API Key. If you don’t have them yet, ask your account manager at RedRock.
  • The SKU of every item. RedRock only accepts the SKUs it has registered for your store, so get the list from RedRock.

How to configure

1

Open Suppliers

In the PagAmerican dashboard, go to Suppliers. The Supplier Dashboard opens, with your suppliers listed under Suppliers.
2

Edit RedRock

Click the pencil icon on the RedRock row. The Edit supplier page opens, with RedRock next to the title.
3

Paste your credentials

Fill in both fields, with no spaces before or after:
4

Save and connect

Click Save & Connect, at the bottom of the page. Back in the list, the RedRock row reads Connected. If it reads Disconnected, turn its switch on.
5

Choose RedRock on your products

When you create a product, choose Red Rock in the Supplier field. The supplier cannot be changed after the product is created.
6

Fill in the SKU of every offer

In each offer of those products, fill in the SKU field with the SKU RedRock registered for that item. Do the same in the offers you use as order bumps, upsells and downsells.
From then on, each paid order with a RedRock product as the main product goes to RedRock 40 minutes after the buyer’s last purchase. How fulfillment works explains the whole path.

Troubleshooting

The switch only turns on once the credentials are saved. Click the pencil icon, fill in both fields, and click Save & Connect.
An order waits 40 minutes after the buyer’s last purchase before it is sent, so a recent order in In preparation is expected. If it stays there longer, check that:
  • the main product has Red Rock in its Supplier field
  • every offer in the order has its SKU filled in, exactly as RedRock registered it
  • RedRock reads Connected in Suppliers
Ask RedRock about the order, using the number in the ID column of Orders. The Delayed card on the Supplier Dashboard counts the orders sent more than 48 hours ago that have not shipped yet.
RedRock can generate a new API Key for your store, and the old one stops working right away. Open Suppliers, click the pencil icon on the RedRock row, paste the new key in API Key, and click Save & Connect.

FAQ

Do I need to configure a webhook or a callback URL at RedRock? No. The tracking code reaches your orders without any setup on your side. How do I change the shipping address of an order?
