Purchase approved

Event: order.purchase.created.v1 Fires when a purchase is approved. status is paid and paymentMethod shows the method used (credit_card, boleto, pix, paypal, or free_price).

This event also fires for upsell and downsell purchases: one delivery per approved purchase in the funnel. No payload field distinguishes the main purchase from an upsell or downsell.
