# Suppliers

> Connect the fulfillment company that ships your products, so every paid order reaches it on its own.

A supplier is the fulfillment company that stores, packs and ships your products. Connecting it to PagAmerican lets the platform send each paid order to the supplier on its own and bring the tracking code back to the order, so you never export orders or copy tracking numbers by hand.

You connect each supplier once, in **Suppliers** in the PagAmerican dashboard, with the credentials the supplier gives you. Then you pick the supplier on each product and fill in the supplier's SKU on each offer. From then on the platform does the rest.

## How the suppliers compare

The setup in PagAmerican is the same for all three. What changes is what the supplier hands you.

| Supplier | What the supplier gives you | Fields in PagAmerican |
| - | - | - |
| EagleLabs | API User and API Key | **API User**, **API Key** |
| RedRock | API User and API Key | **API User**, **API Key** |
| ShipOffers | Store ID, API username and API password | **Store ID**, **API username**, **API password** |

In every case, the products you sell have to exist at the supplier under the same SKU you fill in on your offers.

<Info>
  You never configure a webhook or a callback URL: the tracking code reaches your order without any setup on your side.
</Info>

To learn what happens to an order between the purchase and the delivery, read [How fulfillment works](/suppliers/fulfillment).

## Who can set up suppliers

**Suppliers** is available to vendors. It does not appear for affiliates, and it does not appear for e-commerce accounts, whose orders are fulfilled through their own [Shopify](/integrations/shopify) store.

<Info>
  A collaborator on your account needs the **Suppliers** permission: view access to see the page, and edit access to save credentials and connect or disconnect a supplier.
